PETER ALDRICH

Peter is a multidiscipline martial artist who started martial arts in his teens. He has studied karate, kick boxing, boxing and Muay Thai. Peter discovered yoga in the mid 2000’s when it was offered at the dojo.

He has been most heavily influenced by the art of Aikido which he has studied for the past 25 years and holds the rank of 4th degree black belt.  Aikido has long been considered one of the three “internal martial arts” along with Tai Chi and Qi Gong.

His lifelong pursuit of the martial arts led him to refine his meditation practice through Zazen and he strives to live a conscious and intentional life.
